Bananas & Yogurt

4 ripe bananas, peeled
3 packages of sugar substitute
1 cup of nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons of walnuts, chopped





 

Slice the bananas in half lengthwise, Cut into chunks and place one banana in each serving dish. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar substitute, yogurt and vanilla.
