Salsa

2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3 tablespoons of canned, diced green chiles, drained
2 tablespoons of minced onion
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of salt

 

Combine all of the ingredients, stirring well. Transfer the mixture to a serving container. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Makes 1 cup
