Orange Sipper
1 1/2 cups of buttermilk 1/3 cup of orange juice concentrate, undiluted 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar replacement 1teaspoon of vanilla extract 3 ice cubes

Combine buttermilk, orange juice concentrate, sweetener of your choice, and vanilla. Blend until completely mixed.
With blender running, drop ice cubes, one at a time, into the liquid. Blend until smooth. (Extra amount of drink can be frozen for later use. Place in freezer container. Allow to thaw slightly before using, then process in blender.)
