| Hot Hamburger Dip
1 pound of ground beef 1/2 cup of chopped onion one 8 ounce can of tomato sauce 1/4 cup of ketchup one 8 ounce package of cream cheese 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1 clove garlic, mashed 1 teaspoon of oregano 1 tablespoon of parsley 1 tablespoon of sugar one 4 ounce can of mushrooms, chopped salt to taste pepper to taste
Sauté the beef until brown. Add onion and garlic, cook until tender. Add all other ingredients and stir over low heat until cream cheese melts. Pour into crock[pot and keep warm. Serve with corn chips or taco chips |
