Tuna Dip

Tuna Dip

one 6 ounce can of tuna fish
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of capers
2 tablespoons of chopped scallions
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Put all the ingredients into your food processor and process for 1 minutes. Put  in a serving dish and serve with crackers, raw vegetables and whatever you can.



Tuna Dip #2

1 can of cream of mushroom soup
one 8 ounce package of cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
a dash of Tabasco sauce
one 6 1/2 ounce can of tuna, drained & flaked
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley

Blend the first 4 ingredients until smooth. Fold in last 2 ingredients. Refrigerate 2 hours. 3 cups. May be frozen
