Quick -n- Easy Nacho Dip

1 pound of ground beef
A dash of salt
A dash of pepper
A dash of onion powder
2 garlic cloves, minced, optional
Two 16 ounce jars of salsa
15 ounce can of refried beans
1 1/2 cups of sour cream
3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, divided
tortilla chips



Brown the ground beef. Drain on a paper towel. Add the salt, pepper, onion powder, and minced garlic. Combine the beef, salsa, beans, sour cream and 2 cups of cheese into the slow cooker. Cover. Heat on LOW for 2 hours. Just before serving sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 10 - 15 servings.
