Goblin Frosties

4 medium oranges
7 licorice candy drops
whole cloves
1 - 1 1/2 quarts of lime sherbet
4 maraschino cherries with steams





With a sharp knife, cut off thin slice of peel from one end of each orange to make it stand firmly. For hat, cut off thick slice, about 1/4 to 1/3 way down from top. With spoon, scoop out pulp & white membrane from rest of orange, save to use in fruit cup or salad. Use licorice drops for the eyes, whole cloves for nose & mouth.

Fill orange shells with sherbet, mounding it above rim. Place hats atop sherbet at jaunty angle. With toothpick, stick maraschino cheery in gat, anchor end of toothpick in sherbet. Place in freezer until serving. Makes 4
