| | Sangria Mold with Fresh Fruit
2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin 1 cup of cold water 1/2 cup of sugar 3 cups of bottled Sangria wine 2 navel oranges, peeled and sliced 1 pint of strawberries, hulled and halved 3 bananas, peeled and sliced 2 peaches, peeled and sliced
Sprinkle gelatin over water in 2 quart saucepan. Place over low heat. Stir constantly until gelatin dissolves, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add sugar, stir until dissolved. Stir in Sangria. Pour into 4 cup mold or bowl or individual dishes. Chill until set. Unmold on attractive serving plate. Garnish with some of the prepared fruit. Serve remaining fruit with sangria mold. Makes 6 servings
