8 ounces of blue cheese, crumbled 10 ounces of cream cheese 1 cup of brandy 3 tablespoons of heavy cream 1 teaspoon of thyme, powdered salt and pepper, to taste
Soften cream cheese. Mix well all ingredients. Let sit for 1 hour (2 hours if refrigerated), so flavors can meld. Serve stuffed in celery, mushroom, or endive, or wrap into ham, turkey, or roast beef slices. Serves 8.
