5 ounces of goat cheese, with herbs 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds, toasted
Scoop up a small amount of the goat cheese and form into a small ball in your hand (oil hands with cooking oil to prevent cheese from sticking to your hands). Place on plate with sesame seeds and roll to coat. Repeat. This should make about 10 balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or more; serve on a platter. Serves 5.
