| Tomato and Mozzarella
8 ounces of mozzarella cheese 2 tomatoes, slices 2 tablespoons of pesto sauce 2 basil leaves, sliced
Cut cheese into 8 one-ounce rounds. Slice tomatoes into 8 thin slices. Stack tomato on cheese. Top with a dab of pesto and garnish with a thin slice of fresh basil. Serve. Serves 8. |
