Grapefruit & Avocado Salad

2 avocados, peeled, pitted and sliced
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 medium head curly chicory, washed and torn
3 endives, washed and separated into leaves
2 medium grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
2 small tomatoes, cut in wedges
12 pitted black olives
Vinaigrette dressing

Sprinkle avocado slices with lemon juice. Arrange greens in salad bowl and top with avocado slices, grapefruit sections, tomato wedges and olives.
Just before serving, toss gently with a little Vinaigrette Dressing. Makes 6 servings
