Yogurt Vegetable Dressing
Low Calorie Italian dressing drained from vegetables 1 cup of plain low fat yogurt 1/4 cup of chopped green pepper 1/4 cup of pimiento 1 tablespoon of each of chopped green onion and parsley 1 teaspoon of sugar 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt 1/4 teaspoon of seasoned pepper |

Gradually beat the dressing into the yogurt. Add green pepper, pimiento,
onion and parsley, and mix well. Makes about 1 1/2 cup
