Barbecued Pork Tenderloin
one 2 1/2 pound pork tenderloin 1/2 cup of flour 2 tablespoons of shortening 1/4 cup of vinegar 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon of paprika 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 2 teaspoons of celery seed 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 tablespoon of chili sauce 1/2 cup of catsup |

Cut the tenderloin into 8 slices and dredge with flour. Cook in the shortening in a skillet until brown. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the pork. Cover. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour and 30 minutes, turning pork occasionally.
