3 pounds of short beef ribs 3 tablespoons of fat 1 cup of water 2 small onions, minced 1 cup of catsup 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce |

Brown the short ribs in fat. Combine the remaining ingredients, simmer for 20 minutes, Pour sauce over ribs. Cover and bake at 325ºF. for 2 hours, adding more water if needed. Yield 6 servings |
