Beef Stroganoff

1 pound of hamburger
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1/4 cup of catsup
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1/2 cup of crushed corn flakes
1 1/2 cup of milk
Flour
Shortening
1 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 can of cream of mushroom soup




Combine the hamburger, salt, pepper, catsup, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, onions, corn flakes and 1/2 cup of milk. Shape into small balls, roll in flour and brown in shortening. Remove from pan. Add all remaining ingredients to drippings in pan, stirring well. Place meat balls in mixture, simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over buttered noodles. 6 servings
