1 Bolichi eye round roast 2 slices of bacon 1 chorizos 3 cloves garlic 1 can of tomato sauce 2 medium onions, chopped 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 2 bay leaves a dash of oregano, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic salt
Stuff roast alternately with bacon, chorizos and garlic. Brown in oil, add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes per pound. 8 servings
