Baked Buffalo Style Chicken wings

9 fresh chicken wings
1/2 cup of Franks RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt



Preheat oven to  425ºF. It's your choice: Separate the wings at the joints, keep the wing tips on or off, or leave them whole. Combine and mix the pepper sauce, olive oil and sea salt. Use mixture to coat chicken well.
Spread wings on lined sheet pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes, turning once during cooking. Wings should be slightly browned and slightly crispy. Serves 3
