| Baked Chicken & Rice Loaf
one 3 pound fryer, cooked and diced 1 1/4 cup of cooked rice 2 cups of fresh bread crumbs 1 teaspoon of pepper 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary leaves 4 eggs, well beaten 1 small can of pimentos, drained 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth 1 1/2 cups of milk |

Combine all ingredients and pour into greased 8x12-inch casserole. Bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes. Serve with cream of mushroom soup that has been slightly diluted and heated for a sauce. Serves 8. |
