1 cup of chicken 1 can of milk (using soup can) 1 cup of rice 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup of dry onion mix
Mix soup, part of the onion mix and 1 cup of rice and milk. Save 1 cup of this mixture until last. Pour the soup mixture into baking pan. Place the chicken on top. Pour the remaining cup of soup mixture on next. Top with the remaining dry onion soup mix. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour covered, then 15 minutes longer uncovered. Great meal for a busy September!
