Chicken Parmesan Basic-Recipes.com9/1/06

10 pieces of chicken
2 cans of tomato soup
1 onion, minced
1 1/4 teaspoon of oregano
8 ounces of provolone cheese
grated parmesan cheese





Place the chicken with the skin side up in pan with 1/4 cup of water. Add the diced onion, salt and garlic. Place in oven at 375ºF.  for 30 minutes. Turn the chicken over. Cover with the tomato soup. Sprinkle the oregano over top. Cook for an additional 20 minutes. Place  the provolone cheese sliced and grated cheese on top, place back in oven until the cheese melts!
