Broiled Brandied Chicken for two basic-recipes 10/18/06 1/4 cup of butter, melted 2 teaspoons of brandy flavoring 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne powder 4 pieces of chicken parts 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt
Mix together the butter, brandy flavoring, garlic powder and cayenne in a shallow dish. Add the chicken, turning to coat evenly. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt. Place the chicken, skin side up, on a small broiler pan. Broil 6 inches from heat for about 10 minutes. Turn and brush with the remaining butter mixture. Sprinkle with remaining seasoned salt. Broil for 15 minutes longer, or until a fork can be easily inserted into chicken. Great with hot cooked brown rice.
