Broiled Brandied Chicken for two
basic-recipes 10/18/06
1/4 cup of butter, melted
2 teaspoons of brandy flavoring
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne powder
4 pieces of chicken parts
1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt

Mix together the butter, brandy flavoring, garlic powder and cayenne in a shallow dish. Add the chicken, turning to coat evenly. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt. Place the chicken, skin side up, on a small broiler pan. Broil 6 inches from heat for about 10 minutes. Turn and brush with the remaining butter mixture. Sprinkle with remaining seasoned salt. Broil for 15 minutes longer, or until a fork can be easily inserted into chicken. Great with hot cooked brown rice.
