Teriyaki Chicken ala Steve

Great basic Chicken Teriyaki recipe. Why use the bottled stuff when the make-it-yourself marinade is easy and so much tastier?

2 Boneless chicken
MARINADE
1 1/2 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
1/3 cup of sherry
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1/3 cup of Soy sauce
2 cups of White rice, cooked
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, sherry, and vegetable oil in the marinade. Put chicken and marinade in Ziploc bag and marinate for at least 3 hours. Grill over medium heat until cooked through; about 20 minutes. Slice on a diagonal bias and serve over cooked white rice. Top with sesame seeds. Serving Size: 2
