Orange Glazed Chicken

1 stick of butter
1/2 can of concentrated frozen orange juice, about 6 ounces
2 tablespoons of honey
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 1/2 to 3 pounds of chicken parts or a quartered chicken

 

In a small saucepan combine the butter, orange juice, honey and salt. Heat over low heat until the butter melts. Place the chicken in  a buttered shallow dish, salt chicken then pour sauce over, reserving a small amount for basting. Bake at 350ºF.  for 1 hour or until  done. Baste as needed.
