Chicken Chop Suey

4 ounces of olive oil
2/3 cup of chopped celery
1 can of Chinese vegetables
1/4 teaspoon of Accent
2 cups of chicken broth
2 cups of cooked chicken
1 can of bean sprouts
salt to taste
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 can of mushrooms
1/4 cup of soy sauce
pepper to taste



Simmer the celery and onion in broth and olive oil until tender, about 10 minutes. Save the liquid from the canned vegetables, sprouts and mushrooms, mix with 6 tablespoons of cornstarch and the rest of the seasonings. Add chicken, cut in strips and mix all ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
