1 tablespoon of flour 3 - 3 1/2 pound broiler fryer chicken, cut up 1 tablespoon of paprika 1 medium onion, sliced 1 green pepper, cut into rings one 2 1/2 ounce jar of sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 cup of naturally brewed soy sauce 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/8 teaspoon of oregano, crumbled
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Shake flour in small size (10x16') brown-in-bag and place in 2" roasting pan. Wash and pat dry chicken pieces, sprinkle paprika evenly over pieces. Place in oven bag, add onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Pour over the chicken the mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and oregano. Close bag with tie twist and make 6 half inch slits in top. Cook 1 hour or until tender. Thicken sauce if desired. Makes 4 servings
