Chicken Rice Bake

1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of milk
1 envelope of onion soup mix
1 cup of regular rice
one 2 1/2 - 3 pound fryer, cut up
paprika



In a bowl, stir together the soup, milk and onion soup mix. Reserve 1/2 cup of soup mixture and set aside. Stir the uncooked rice into the remaining soup mixture. Turn rice mixture into a 12x7 1/2x2" baking dish. Arrange chicken on top. Pour reserved soup mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 375ºF. until the rice is tender, about 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4 - 6
