| Chicken Corn Bread Pie
1/2 cup of chopped onion 2 tablespoons of shortening 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup of milk 1 cup of cooked chicken 1/2 cup of cooked peas one box of Jiffy corn muffin mix |

Cook onion in the shortening. Add the soup, milk, chicken, peas in a casserole dish. Mix the corn muffin mix, spoon batter on top of pie. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes. |
