| | Chicken Livers Wrapped in Bacon
8 slices of bacon, halved 1 pound of chicken livers, halved one 6 ounce can of whole water chestnuts, drained and sliced 2 tablespoons of oil
Lay the bacon slices flat. Place the chicken livers and water chestnuts on top of bacon. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Heat oil in frying pan or wok. add chicken liver roll-ups and cook until bacon is browned. Remove from pan and serve. Serves 4 |
