| Chicken Liver Teriyaki
1 pound of chicken livers 1/2 cup of soy sauce 1/2 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of water Soy sauce or mustard for dipping |

Marinate the livers in mixture of soy sauce, sugar and water for at least 2 hours. Place the livers on skewers. Cook on hibachi or charcoal grill until done. Serve livers with soy sauce or mustard for dipping. Serves 4 |
