1/4 cup of plain low-fat yogurt 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoon of mayonnaise 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder White pepper and salt to taste 4 ounces of skinned and coned cooked chicken, diced 2 tablespoons of diced celery 1 tablespoon of golden raisins 1/2 teaspoon of sunflower seed 2 slices of whole wheat bread, toasted
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, mayonnaise, curry powder, pepper, and salt; add chicken, celery, raisins, and sunflower seed and mix to coat with dressing. Spread half of chicken salad on each slice to toast. |
