1 4 pound fryer, cut up 1/2 cup of butter 1 clove of garlic, cut in half 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of poultry seasoning 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper 1 cup of finely crushed potato chips 1 cup of finely crushed corn flakes
Remove skin from chicken pieces; wash and dry well. Melt butter with garlic, salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper in medium saucepan. Mix potato chips and corn flakes in pie pan. Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, in melted butter mixture; roll in crumbs coating well. Arrange in single layer in shallow pan. Remove the garlic cloves from the butter mixture; pour remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. Serves 4.
