Korean Chicken

6 chicken breasts
1 1/2 cup of onion slices, cut in ring style
1 1/2 cup of fresh mushrooms, cut lengthwise
1 cup of drained water chestnuts
1/2 cup of wishbone Italian dressing

Fry the chicken in usual manner. Add the onion, mushrooms and water chestnuts. Simmer with lid on for 25 minutes. Five minutes before serving add the Wishbone Italian dressing and stir before lifting. This is quick, easy and different!
