| | Oriental Chicken Livers 2
8 ounces of chicken livers, halved 1/3 cup of soy sauce 1/2 cup of flour 2 tablespoons of oil 1 small onion, sliced
Marinate the chicken livers overnight in soy sauce. Remove the livers from marinade and dredge in flour, discard marinade. Heat oil in frying pan. Add livers and onion sliced, sauté until tender and brown. Transfer to serving dish and serve hot. Serves 4. |
