| Oven Crisp Italian Chicken
1 2 1/2 to 3 pound broiler/fryer, cut up 1/2 cup of evaporated milk 1/4 teaspoon of oregano 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon of paprika 1 cup of corn flake crumbs 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper |

Wash and dry chicken. Dip chicken in milk. Combine crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic salt, oregano, and paprika in a paper bag; add chicken and shake until well coated. Place in foil-lined shallow baking pan; do not crowd. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour, or until tender. Serves 6. |
