2 pounds of chicken livers 1/2 stick of butter or margarine 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1 cup of chicken bouillon 1/4 cup of dry white wine 1 teaspoon of marjoram 2 tablespoons of parsley 1 teaspoon of oregano 2 - 3 cloves garlic, pressed
