Spectacular Chicken
3 cups of cooked chicken, cubed
one 6 ounce package of Uncle Ben's wild and white rice, cooked, not instant
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 medium jar of sliced pimiento
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cups ( 1 can) of French style green beans, drained
1 cup of Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 can of water chestnuts, sliced, drained
salt and pepper to taste |

Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 1/2 - 3 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350ºF. about 25 minutes. Serves 10
