| The Boss Chicken Casserole
2 cups of cooked, boned chicken 1/3 pound of wide noodles (4 cups cooked) 1 cup of sliced ripe olives 1 cup of cut walnuts. pecans or almonds 2 cans of mushroom soup 1 1/2 cans of water or stock 2 small cans of Parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste |

Sauté in butter the following: 1 cup of mushrooms 1 onion 1 clove garlic 1/2 green pepper
Mix all ingredients in large bowl, place in casserole and top with grated sharp cheese. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 - 45 minutes. Serves 12 - 16 |
