2 fresh turkey drumsticks 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 cup of catsup 1/3 cup of maple syrup 1 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
Rinse turkey. Place in casserole or Dutch oven with 1 cup water. Cover. Bake in 350ºF. oven 2 hours. Pour off liquid. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over turkey. Bake uncovered 30 minutes more. Yield: 4 servings.
