Low Calorie Wise Dill Chicken Drumsticks

1 cup of plain low-fat yogurt
1 1/2 cup of regular wheat germ
1/2 cup of chopped almonds
2 teaspoons of dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
12 chicken drumsticks
Nonstick vegetable cooking spray



Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place yogurt in shallow bowl. Combine wheat germ, almonds, dill weed, salt and pepper in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken drumsticks one at a time, into yogurt, then roll in wheat germ mixture to coat. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Arrange chicken in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake about 50 minutes or until chicken is tender. Garnish as desired.
