Spicy Drumsticks with Blue Cheese Sauce

1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise or salad
2 tablespoons of finely crumbled blue cheese
1/2 teaspoon of celery seed
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 - 2 teaspoons of red pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt
12 Chicken drumsticks

 

Prepare Blue Cheese Sauce. Mix oil, vinegar, pepper sauce and salt in glass or plastic bowl or heavy plastic bag Add chicken drumsticks; toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate at least I hour. Set oven control to broil. Spray broiler pan rack with non stick cooking spray. Place chicken on rack in broiler pan. Broil chicken about 6 inches from heat 20 minutes; turn chicken. Broil 15 to 20 minutes longer or until done. Serve with Blue Cheese Sauce. 6 servings. Blue Cheese Sauce Mix all ingredients.
