8 Chicken legs 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil 1/3 cup of dijon mustard 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 2 Garlic cloves, pressed 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce
Cut skin on chicken diagonally at 1/2 inch intervals. Combine oil and next 5 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; seal and chill 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade. Place chicken on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan; drizzle evenly with reserved marinade. Bake at 375ºF. for 40 minutes or until done. Broil 3 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially open) 2 minutes on each side or until crisp.
