one 2 1/2 pound chicken, cut up salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup of flour 4 tablespoons of fat 1 1/2 cup of cream of 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, diluted 1 tablespoon of finely minced onion
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge with flour and brown in lightly in fat. Place chicken in casserole, add cream or mushroom soup and onion. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. 8 servings
