2/3 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 egg yolk; beaten 3/4 cup flat beer
Instructions:
Combine dry ingredients & set aside. Beat egg yolk & slowly add beer. Gradually add this to dry mixture. Moisten chicken. Dip in seasoned flour then dip in batter. Dip in seasoned flour again. Fry.
