one 3 1/2 - 4 pound fryer, cut up 1/4 pound of butter or margarine, melted 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt 2 cups of Italian flavored bread crumbs
Dip the chicken pieces in melted butter or margarine. Sprinkle both sides with seasoned salt and pepper. Roll in bread crumbs. Pour remaining butter or margarine in shallow baking pan, arrange chicken in pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. 4 servings
