6 chicken breasts 1 stick of margarine flour salt and pepper to taste 1 cup of milk 1 cup of water
Melt margarine in skillet. Wash and dry chicken. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a paper bag; add chicken and shake until all pieces are well coated. Brown in skillet on both sides. Add milk and water. Simmer, covered, for one hour. Serves 6.
