| | Oven Parmesan Chicken
1/4 cup of seasoned fine dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons of dried oregano, crushed one 2 1/2 to 3 pound broiler fryer chicken, cut up 1/4 cup of butter or margarine, melted
Combine crumbs, cheese, parsley and oregano. Brush chicken with butter, then roll in crumb mixture. Place skin side up, in ungreased, large shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 375ºF. till tender, 50 to 60 minutes. Do not turn. Makes 4 servings |
