| Oven-Fried Paprika chicken
4 to 6 chicken breasts 1 stick of butter, melted 1 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper 3 tablespoons of flour paprika |

Wash and dry chicken. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a paper bag; add chicken and shake until well coated. Brush chicken with melted butter; place in a buttered oblong pan, skin side up and not touching. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 375ºF. for 1 hour or until tender. Serves 4-6.
