Broiled Ham with Apricot Glaze

One 1 pound fully cooked center cut ham slice
2 tablespoons of apricot preserves
1 tablespoon of orange or pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon of Dijon style mustard

Preheat broiler. Slash fat along the edge of a ham slice. Place the ham on an unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3 inches from heat for 3 minutes. Turn and broil for 3 minutes more. In a small bowl, combine apricot preserves, orange juice and mustard, spoon over ham. Broil for 1/2 to 1 minute more or until the glaze is bubbly. Makes 4 servings
