| Caramel Orange Ham Ring
1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco 1 teaspoon of dry mustard 2 eggs, beaten 3 cups of fresh bread crumbs 2 pounds of cooked ham, ground one 6 ounce can of frozen orange juice concentrate 1/2 cup of water 1/3 cup of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of whole cloves |

Stir Tabasco and mustard into eggs, add bread crumbs, ham, orange juice concentrate and water, mixing well. Sprinkle sugar and cloves into bottom 6 cup ring mold. Add ham mixture, packing firmly into pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. 6 - 10 servings
